I offer the following types of trip planning. All of my trips are geared towards adults, however, private multi-generational family trips can be created based on appropriateness.
Pre-scheduled trips
Description: Come with me on a fantastic pre-scheduled trip which I have already carefully selected! I will be hosting as your group leader.
Best For: Solo travelers, couples, friends, anyone who likes to keep the decision-making simple.
Included: Live planning presentation about the trip. A special activity, perk and/or discount just for our group. *type of activity, perk and/or discount is dependent on number of people traveling*
Planning Fee: None.
Note: You will be on the same trip as other like-minded individuals. You are not required to spend time with them on any activity, you can be independent.
semi-customized group trip
Description: A trip for your private group that I have not pre-planned.
Best For: A group of 12-24 people with a common interest.
Included: Customized activity/activities just for your private group. Live presentation and planning meeting. Marketing assistance for the trip.
Planning Fee: None
Notes: You must have a designated group leader for representative decision-making and signing group agreement. Group may or may not be incorporated into a packaged land tour, expedition, or cruise that includes other people from the general public. This will be dependent on type of travel and number of travelers.
Fully customized private group trip
Description: A fully private trip just for your group. All activities and trip elements are curated towards your group's interests.
Best For: 12-24 people with a common interest.
Process: This will be explained in initial call. You must have a designated group leader for representative decision-making and signing group and planning fee agreements. Planning meeting. Trip choices presentation. Finalization meeting. Marketing assistance.
Planning Fee: $100 per traveler
Included: Amenity/perk. Fully private activities. Marketing assistance.
